Cousin Eliza Vivian's House

We spent the day at Cousin Eliza's house. It was a lovely day outside, but our babies inevitably take naps at exact different times. When Eliza wakes up, Drew is sound asleep and you know they say... never wake a sleeping baby - it is true! Eliza is not too sure what to think about baby Drew, she had just gotten up from her nap. So we didn't make it to the park for a picnic, but we did sit on the back porch for a little bit, getting some sunshine. Drew and I went straight from the south side to our first small group in Avon. Unfortunately Drew had enough of the car ride, was hungry and tired by the time we got there. He was quite fussy, wouldn't eat and frankly we gave a pretty poor first impression of ourselves! The group is made up of wonderful people that all have children, so they understood. It was tough not having Dave there, but he will be back from his business trip tomorrow.
Luckily, no matter how fussy he is in the evening by bed time he is feeling good and sleeps well for his mom. This was right after bath time, so he was feeling squeky clean and happy. He has been sleeping 5 - 6 hours the first strech of the night, so I am getting plenty of rest. Usually I am up for 15 - 30 minutes to nurse and change a diaper. Then he sleeps 2 - 3 hours in the morning.
