Purdue Football

We had a very busy weekend. On Saturday we had 2 cookouts - one at lunch and one at dinner. First we had some old Stewart friends over to meet Andrew (The Dilts Family - Emily, Derick, Moses (2 years old) & Lilian (9 months old), and Lisa Price). These were both pledge sisters of mine at Purdue. Unfortunately lots of kids usually equals me holding baby Drew and no pictures, so we will have to be more diligent next time.

Today was a big Purdue game and somehow they lost after a 3 - 20 lead at one point. Very disappointing, but I was dressing up my boy and taking pictures more than I was watching the game.

Kasey Shafer and her little sister Megan came for our dinner cookout. I met Kasey on the first day of classes at Purdue in the big chemistry lecture hall, we started talking about horses and have been friends ever since. Her sister Megan just started Freshman Engineering at Purdue and came by to get some helpful hints from David.
